Course Description

This is a one-day course aimed at BPT and MPT students. The course explores the principles of clinical reasoning and its importance. Through clinical reasoning models you will learn history taking, systematically collect information, generates, and test hypotheses, and determines optimal diagnosis and treatment based on the information obtained.

The course is offered offline. The duration is 8 hours (conducted in a day)

  • Apply the reasoning models to generate a clinical hypothesis

Course Description

This interactive course is aimed at introducing the evidence-based practice to the clinical physiotherapist. The course will explore evidence-based model, pillars of EBP, steps used in evidence-based practice. The course will also cover anatomy of a research paper, how to search for published literature and critical appraisal of the published literature.

This interactive course is aimed at introducing the concepts of mechanical thinking, testing and treatment, incorporating patient empowerment and shared decision-making strategies. The course will aid you in receiving history, examination, and treatment in a person focused way. It will give you tools to establish a good therapeutic alliance and person focused treatment approach.

This course is offered in 4 modules. Course will introduce the subclassifications of neck pain and its treatment strategy. Each module will cover detailed assessment of specific disorders that cause neck pain and their specific evidence-based management.

  • Apply the clincial reasoning models for subclassification of neck pain patients
